We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for weekend tours during peak season (May–October). Last-minute availability is sometimes possible on weekdays.
We offer door-to-door pickup across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, Westchester, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Pickup from hotels and Airbnbs is common.
Most tours include 3–4 winery stops over 6–8 hours, but your itinerary is fully customizable. Some guests prefer fewer stops with longer tastings, while others enjoy visiting more.
Yes — 100%. You will never share a vehicle with strangers. Every tour is exclusively for your group.
Our fleet includes luxury SUVs, premium sedans, Sprinter vans, and party buses. We match the vehicle to your group size and style.
Absolutely. We regularly coordinate vineyard lunches, restaurant reservations, and even picnic setups. Just let your planner know your preferences.
Cancellations made 72+ hours before the tour receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48–72 hours receive a 50% refund. Within 48 hours, tours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled based on availability.
Yes — we frequently host corporate retreats, team outings, and large group celebrations. Contact us for custom group pricing and multi-vehicle arrangements.
Gratuity is not included in the tour price. Tips for your chauffeur are appreciated and customary (15–20%).
Wine tastings take place indoors at the wineries, so rain rarely affects the experience. We may adjust the route to prioritize venues with the best indoor settings.
